Perfect Finish

I have been a big fan of this series from pretty much the get go. Each time I start one, I find myself giving a great big sigh of happiness as everything I love about these characters comes rushing back in the first few pages. This installment was no different. I absolutely love Tom and Cooper together and have never had much of an issue with their age difference. They share amazing chemistry and fabulous dialog. Tom is super sexy and sweet, and Cooper is such a character – funny, sexy and sweet all wrapped in one. Their relationship is still going strong and seems to be moving forward with little difficulty, though they are dealing with the added pressure of work and family issues.
Speaking of work issues, Tom has a few to deal with, just as Cooper picks up a contract requiring long hours and dedication. Having been in Cooper’s shoes, Tom is ever the understanding partner. Trouble comes by way of Cooper’s client, who puts the pressure on Cooper to be more than professional. There is a bit of tension surrounding this, and Tom and Coop deal with it the same way they have everything else, with Tom making unintentional mistakes, and Coop waiting him out for him to do things properly. This is one of the things I love about these guys, and they do it consistently throughout this book, as well as the rest of the series.
So, if you’ve read this far, you must love Tom and Coop, as I do. I thoroughly enjoyed this installment and savored every chapter, knowing it was nearing the end of their story. This series has been such an enjoyable and entertaining read, and I’m just not ready to say goodbye. I sure hope we get to see some snippets from them in the future. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a sexy, sweet, funny, feel-good story.

Great ending for the series!

If you've read the first two books this is the perfect ending and you HAVE to get it! The banter between Tom & Cooper is better than in the first two. No surprise this authors characters are funny and quick witted because she is too. Honestly, I can't remember when I've smiled so much!
The first two books I've talked about how Tom is my type but I was in love with Cooper. Well, I still adore him (you'd have to be stupid not to) but Tom made me swoon. Everything about him is perfect IMO. He's even tempered, SO good to Cooper and good to Coopers family. He takes off work unexpectedly to help out, even though he's got trouble at work. And sexy, Jesus......
I don't want to give anything away but the end of this is probably the best ever for the characters, for what it is. I smiled, cried and swooned all at the same time. I could easily see another book but sadly, I have it on good authority that this is the end for Tom & Cooper.
If you haven't read this series, you're missing out!

A delightful ending to a great series

I hate when a good series ends but if has to end, then Sense of Place was the perfect ending to a most enjoyable read.
Tom and Cooper are happily living together now and working out the kinks of couplehood. Unlike the previous titles there's a bit more drama in this one with characters that make you want to hit something, or someone, HARD! Cooper is working on a huge project that is about to make his career...provided a over-inflated ego doesn't get popped first. Cooper isn't the only one with drama within work. Tom's is more personal but oh how I loved that outcome!
Why must all good things come to an end? I could have happily kept reading about Tom and Cooper, as the experience all live has to offer them and they progress through life. I guess I need to be satisfied with knowing Tom finally asks Cooper the RIGHT way *Sigh* and the Epilogue *SIGH!!!* Ms. Walker has quite the series here and it needs to be read by every M/M romance reader. Heck, traditional M/F readers should be reading it, too. Two better characters and their story I have yet to encounter.
